Deep in the Cardamom Mountains, surrounded by mountains in Koh Kong Province in southwestern Cambodia, the China Huadian Lower Stung Russei Chrum Hydro-Electric Station has been continuously delivering clean energy and transmitting development hope to Cambodia for more than a decade.
